We represent individuals and corporations in business, estates, employment and tax disputes.
Our practice is focused on providing legal counsel to all aspects of estates law, including mental health, capacity, will challenges, and guardianship application. We have acted for estate trustees, beneficiaries and court appointed litigation guardians.
Our practice is also dedicated to advocacy in employment and tax law. We represent individuals and corporations with wrongful and constructive dismissal claims and provide advice on many employment issues. From our experience in tax law, we further counsel clients with all stages of tax disputes, including audits, objections and appeals.
As trusted legal advisors, we represent individuals and corporations at both the Federal and Provincial courts. Having successfully argued many cases at all levels of court, our experience enables our firm to provide sound legal advice and represent clients with confidence. We work with clients on complex cases to find practical solutions and to deal with each case with sensitivity and care.

TONY N. NGUYEN
PARTNER
Tony Nguyen is the principal of Nguyen Law LLP.
Tony brings a strong client focus to his practice, seeking practical solutions to complex legal issues.
Tony represents individuals and corporations in the areas of employment disputes , estates, commercial and tax litigation. He has appeared at all levels of both the Provincial and Federal Courts, including the Tax Court of Canada.
Tony is frequently retained by the Public Guardian and Trustee to act in matters involving a party under legal disability or to commence a guardianship application. Tony works hard to safeguard the interests of the vulnerable and to find resolution in contentious estates and civil litigation.
Tony has represented both employers and employees on a broad range of employment matters, including wrongful dismissal, constructive dismissal, employment agreements, workplace harassment and common law obligations in Canada. Especially during these uncertain times, Tony is often retained to provide counsel regarding employee rights during layoffs and to negotiate fair severance packages.
Prior to establishing Nguyen Law LLP, Tony worked at a commercial litigation firm and at a boutique tax litigation firm.
Tony graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2002.
AARON H. BOGHOSSIAN
ASSOCIATE
Aaron Boghossian is an associate at Nguyen Law LLP, where his practice focuses on estate law and corporate/commercial litigation.
With legal experience in corporate, real estate and civil litigation, Aaron is uniquely positioned to provide clients with simplified solutions to difficult disputes.
Aaron’s client-centred approach to the practice of law, provides his clients with the assurance that he is attentive to their needs and interests, and is a passionate advocate for them.
Aaron appears regularly before the Superior Court of Justice in Toronto and various surrounding jurisdictions. Aaron has also appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice.
Aaron received his JD from the University of Windsor. He also holds an MTS from Tyndale University and a BA from York University.
Aaron was called to the Ontario Bar in 2019.
